Waking Up

When I woke up in the middle of the night to find Jordan’s hand curled possessively around my breast, I wanted to cry. Capturing my bottom lip between my teeth, I turned my head in his direction as I absently ran my fingers over the back of his hand. “Jordy,” I whispered softly, not really wanting to wake him up, just needing to say his name out loud.

But he stirred. His fingers flexed against my breast, squeezing gently as he let out a breath. “Mmmm,” he shifted against me, his leg slipped over mine as he came to rest hard against my thigh.

As his breath caressed my shoulder, I closed my eyes and enjoyed the feeling of him. I could’ve given him a little shake - woke him up - but there was something about being naked in his arms that made me feel like the sexiest, most beautiful woman alive.

I loved him, more than I ever loved anyone before.

And that scared me. Love was unpredictable and unreliable. I didn’t want to wake up one morning to find I lost everything. I had been through that once - I lost my parents - the most important people in my life; I didn’t know what I would do if I lost Jordan.

“I love you,” I whispered. “Please don’t ever leave me.”

“Never,” he murmured as his hand slipped from around my breast to slip under my shoulder. He pulled me to him, wrapping me up tight in his arms. “Forever.”

“Forever.” I smiled, my hand drifting down his back.

“Mmmm,” he kissed my shoulder. “Forever.”

A few hours later, I woke to his lips on my shoulder again. Only this time I was on my stomach, under the blankets while he was kneeled between my legs, the blankets separating us.

“Hey!” I lifted my head off his pillow and turned to look at him. When I tried to lift up from his bed, he slipped his hands up my arms and held my hands against the bed - holding me down. “Jordy?”

He didn’t say a word. Instead, he ran the tip of his tongue along my jaw line.

“Ohhmmm,” I squirmed beneath him.

His tongue continued its journey - tracing my earlobe and trailing down my neck to the spot where it connects with my shoulder. With one quick, last flick, his tongue left my skin and his lips took its place.

“Jordy,” I bit my lip, rocking my hips, rubbing my bum against him.

“Annnaa!” His hands tightened on mine as he responded by rocking his hips. “Damnit!” He cursed and moved away from me.

“Wait!” I half turned towards him. “What’s wrong?” He had rolled onto his side and was pushing the blankets towards me. “Why are you dressed?” I frowned.

He didn’t say a word until he had shoved the blankets over me and off to the other side of me. He whistled as his eyes traveled down over my body, “Turn over Babe,” he grunted, his hand groping as he tried to help me turn. “Ahhh,” his lips parted.

“Come here,” I reached for him as my legs fell to either side of his. His lips turned up in a sexy grin as he fell forward onto his hands and kissed me.
I almost had his pants down over his butt. He was hard and I was wet, it was just as intense as it was the night before. I had opened my mouth to ask him to make love to me again, I wanted to feel him inside me but before I could form the words, there was a sharp knock on his bedroom door.

“Jordan, did you wake Anna?” I head his mom call through the door. “Your dad is getting hungry; we want to take you two and Jenna out for breakfast.”

“Your mom is here?” I gasped as I tried to shove him off me and cover up. “How could you…?” I bat his hands away. “With your parents out there?”

Sure I was fine with public displays of affection but making love with his parents out in the living room waiting for him to wake me up so we could go for breakfast? I was embarrassed.

“I didn’t intend on this,” he said defensively. “I came in here and you looked so sexy laying there, I had to kiss you. I wanted to touch you Babe. I didn’t expect to…,” he motioned towards his hard on and gave me a helpless look. “You do this to me, how am I supposed to stop it?”

“Jordan? Is everything ok in there?”

“Yes Mom!” He yelled over his shoulder. “We’ll be out in a minute! Go back to the kitchen with Dad!”

I raised a brow, I never heard him talk to his mom like that before.

“I’ll apologize later,” he told me before falling to the bed next to me. His arm slipped around my waist and he rested his chin on my shoulder.

“We should get out there,” I sighed. “Your parents are probably getting annoyed.”

He shrugged, “They did show up without notice,” he got up on his elbow and smiled down at me. “Serves them right to have to wait for us.”

His fingers gently caressed my cheek as he lowered his head.

I'm getting very suspicious of Jordan's parents. First, at dinner his parents had to speak privately and also they were trying to get Jordan and Nick drunk...and now they want to take Jordan and Anna out for breakfast? possibly to reveal some news? I don't know it just seems like they have something up their sleeves...
Great post by the way :)!

I LOVE this direction though. I like these 2 together. Thanks for the post.

LOL!! C--k blocked by the mom! So true to real-life and still just as funny!

I gotta admit, I still miss Josh (sheesh, it feels like I broke up with him instead of Anna!)...but I love the dynamic between Anna and Jordy!

I look forward to this blog everyday!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, didn't Jordy have a cancer scare in previous posts? Has that story-line been resolved yet? Or was Anna's fear of losing him foreshadowing for future posts?

I *think* Jordy found out it was non-cancerous, but now I can't really remember. I love those lazy moments in bed filled w/love...haha, and I love Jordan, "serves them right to wait!" Loved this entry!

Yummy, I'm absolutely loving it.

One question, do you post around the same time everyday. I tell you, I checked at least 15 times yesterday (seriously!) and didn't see the post. The last time I checked was probably around 4:00 p.m. EST. I see some comments before that time, unless it's a different time zone. Just curious.

I don't want to do this but I have no choice, it's difficult for me to sit long enough to post anything lately. The pain is effecting my thoughts, I can't think. I really wish I knew what I did - if it's something new or something old acting up. I'm seeing a doctor...and chiropractor, which is helping but it's not 100% yet...

I'm going to take the remainder of this week to concentrate on getting better....I hope you all understand.

Thank you for reading and I hope to see you all next week.

get well soon angela! i hope it's nothing serious. maybe just in need of an adjustment?

I know with me, my physio really helped my back - they adjusted it, and gave me some exercises to strenthen my lower back, and apparently, my FEET were the cause of the WHOLE thing.

you should check that out. could be somewhere else that's inflicting the pain, but your back is taking the brunt

get well soon!

Take care of yourself - blogs are secondary to most anything. (doesn't matter how much we love your writing & you!) We know in those moments of clarity you are plotting twists and turns.

Kbear is correct, so many things can cause the back pain. Hope you figure out the why!

Hope you feel better soon girl! When I popped something in my back I went to a chiroprator and you know what he did??? He broke one of my ribs!! So it's safe to say that I won't ever go to another Chiropractor just because of his ass! haha But physical therapy did help alot.

Feel better soon, Angela! You know we'll all still be hear dying to find out what happens next! :)

I broke my back 3 years ago and it took me over a year to fully recover. You never realize until you have a back injury how much you use your back to do EVERYTHING!

Take care,

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to let you all know that I'm feeling better - not 100% but better. ALthough, since I wanted to update the other two blogs, I don't have time to update this one today. Tomorrow I'll try to update this one and one of the other ones again...if time doesn't run out.

Also, I just wanted to let you all know that this week will be a sucky week for posts...Thursday I'm leaving to go to Calgary for five days and I won't be posting while I'm gone. I probably won't be back posting until Tuesday morning.

I know this is disappointing to most of you and I'm sorry. There are just some things that I have to do so that I don't go crazy ~l~

I hope you all have a great day and I'll see you tomorrow.

Hey Angela,

Glad that you doing okay. And hope you can do in Calgary what you are planning on doing there.

I just caught up with the story (have been away for 2 weeks). And I just love Anna and Jordan together!

So first off let me say that I love this blog and think it's completely cool that the author leaves updates on when and why she may not be posting. On that note, I don't want to be considered one of the haters when I ask this question, can anyone give me the link to any new blogs? This is the only one that I currently read, I've thought about reading Angelas other blogs but have tried and just wasn't able to get into them being so far into the stories. So what I was looking for are any blogs that may be rather new, or easy to catch up on. So if anyone knows of any that would be great! I so need something to curb my "blog fix"!
Also, sorry I don't have an official blog identity, I too am one of the lazy ones that just don't want to take the time to create one since I've only commented once and it was only with owed accolades to the author.
Thanks~ Heidi

this sucks! wasn't there suppose to be a post yesterday? and now she leaves till next Tuesday. I am the only one thats completely disappointed?

Callie said...

as much as we might be disappointed, it has to be the fact that we miss the story and not at angela. she has a life, and as much as we may not like it, we have to deal with the fact that it gets in the way of her writing. plus, i think she could use a little break.

have a fun and safe trip!

I don't know of any that are new, but I recently caught up to date with Alone in a Crowded Room by BMR. I think she's hilarious. And I'm working on catching up to date on Newlyweds in a New City. Also very funny. Both of those are real life stories, not fiction like Angela's blogs. You could also try Diary of He, Diary of E and the Bedroom Blog (all fiction). Links below.

If you don't like it then go somewhere else. We appreciate that she at least lets us know that we won't get a post, but give the girl a break, she normally posts EVERYDAY... how many others do you read that actually do THAT! She probably really needs a break! I know I sure as hell would!
So just deal... It will be worth the wait!!!

Have a great trip Angela =)

Angel-
I understand agnd agree with you comment about Angela's regular posting and the quality of her stories, but I just wanted to clarify a point. You said in response to Anon 4/17 07:30 that Angela normally posts "EVERYDAY". I just wanted say that Angela has not posted everyday since last July or August. There have been a couple weeks where she has posted all 5 or 4 out of 5 days, but that's not her usual.

Before all Angela's loyal readers start bashing me- I also want to add that I am a loyal reader and have been reading this since the end of Dec 06. I thouroughly enjoy Angela's writing and i will be the first to admit that she is the most dedicated blog writer I know of and she usually does update on a pretty regualer basis.

To Angela-Have a great time and I will be waiting for the return of your stories.

I agree with T Angela used to post everyday and then she started posting only 4/5 days out of the week I love this blog and yes she is really talented and posts more than others but I think thats what makes all of us coming back aside from the story line... I just want to know if this means that from 4 day is going to go down to 1/2 times a week. It wont stop me from reading but at least we'll know...... I'm just disappointed bcuz she promised at least one post this week and she didn't post it but wte I mean there are more important things in life and she needs her time and social life too.
Angela have a great time in Calgary and I hope you are feeling better.

I think the bottom line (well I can't speak for people but the idea im getting) is the loyals, as much as they adore the story, are just disappointed at the promise they were given. but its a good lesson learned I think on A's part. Bit off a bit too much to chew. We have all done that at one point or another I am sure. It's great that she keeps everyone updated but should maybe try and keep the "i'll post.." to a minimum since it does lead to disappointment. Should probably view it as compliments since there wouldnt be an uproar if it wasn't well liked.

Anyway - lesson: don't promise something you aren't 100% sure you can consistently deliver. Guys chill out she's human and isn't required to divulge the who what and wheres of her real life and (as harsh as this may sound), maybe don't give us excuses because thats kinda what you have started doing. "i hurt myself, i have to do this, this is whats going on." Its great that you update but at certain points it just sounds like an excuse. Just say "Hey guys, thanks for the support, stay tuned I'll post something within..." and then give a time frame... maybe don't confine yourself to a specific date. I think you are just backing yourself into a corner here. IMHO. We dont have to know every detail and I think it might take the pressure off. This isn't your job Ang. This was your hobby and it became a chore. I think when it becomes enjoyable again it'll flow more frequently. Hey - if anything, stop reading the comments for a bit , maybe itll take the pressure off.

Anonymous said...

OK I only said that it sucked that she hasn't posted more in the last 2 weeks. She said that there was going to be a post then there wasn't.
I made a comment and it isn't negative about her or the story.
And BTW I am dealing just fine. Maybe you should take a deep breath.
Thanks and I am not going to check back until the next post which is due Tues....so say what you want about me HAHAHAHA

And in spite of the large number of stocks, you are assured that you will never have a hard time looking for the product that you want to because they provide their customers a hassle free and organized system for shopping. If you are on a budget, then you can search for your items through price range. But you prefer a certain brand of appliances then you can also search using that category as well! Shopping has never been this easy and convenient with Appliance Warehouse Direct Online! If you aren't sure of the proper protocol, don't be afraid to check with the professionals to make sure you find a set of forklift extension slippers that both helps your company's productivity, and protects you from liability. Black and Yellow Tape There is an extensive list of reasons why warehouse or distribution centers should be automated. Just a small group of these reasons would be adequate enough to warrant any warehouse management staff to do warehouse automation. If the company needs to incur savings in the cost of manpower, which is usually a significant expense for any company, warehouse automation might be the best way to get it. From an operations viewpoint the company might also want to establish quicker cycle times in the assembly of orders for shipment to customers. This time savings could also be accompanied by improved accuracy in the picking and order fulfillment process. Squeezing down the time required to create an order with the correct products for shipping would allow for expedited delivery or same day of orders to customers. There would be less utilization of tracking and tracing, due to the improved speed and accuracy at which orders are readied and shipped to customers. The operation of the warehouse would have much less damaged stock, thanks to the careful handling of products by warehouse automation.
